Low : Where weight of body is transferred in order to exert force; or supporting well balanced load strapped in body or hung from shoulder, arms and hands free Medium: Where work is primary concerened with carrying or supporting load; or rythimical movement High: where work is primarily of lifting; continued use of certain muscles; or awkward posture etc.
